01Who we are
How XCloudGame, OPA (Tianjin) and uloog relate.
XCloudGame is our parent company. OPA (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd. (欧帕（天津）科技有限公司) is a subsidiary of XCloudGame.
OPA (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd. is the legal entity you deal with. It signs contracts, employs our engineers, delivers the work and issues invoices. Being part of XCloudGame does not change that, and we do not share client information with XCloudGame for its own purposes.
uloog is the brand for our managed cloud operations products and services. When you buy uloog Managed Cloud, your contract is with OPA (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd.
We serve companies expanding abroad from China, global companies with operations in Asia and businesses in Tianjin and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

02How we work
Four rules for how we work.
Independent of cloud providers
We are paid for engineering, never for your cloud consumption. We do not resell cloud services or take commissions or referral fees.
Ownership stays with you
Your accounts, billing, domains, certificates, data and code remain yours. We use access that you can revoke.
Boundaries in writing
Before work starts, we put scope, responsibilities, response targets and exit steps in writing.
State our limits plainly
We publish our limits, including certifications, partner tiers and on-site coverage we do not have, so you can decide early.
03The name
Why uloog.
The two linked rings in our mark represent the two teams in each engagement: yours and ours. They meet at one defined point. The green dot marks the agreed boundary where responsibility passes between them.
04What comes next
We open services only when we can staff them.
- NowCloud advisory, migration and implementation projects, plus uloog Essential (managed operations during business hours).
- 2027uloog Standard with 24×7 P1 response. We will open it once a full on-call rotation is in place and has passed a rota drill.
- Lateruloog Advanced, with security operations and FinOps. We will open it once the engineering team is large enough to run it.
