Published prices for our own services.

These are list prices for the scopes described, and they cover our engineering and operations work only. Your cloud provider bills you directly for resources in your account.

Key points

All prices exclude tax.
Clients in China use CNY contracts; clients outside China use USD contracts.
We review USD prices quarterly.
A signed quote or contract sets the final terms.

Independence statement

What we do

Work as an independent technical service provider in cloud accounts that you own.
Plan, migrate, build and operate, and charge you only for our own services.
Recommend platforms and purchase options on technical and cost grounds.
Hand back every document, script and configuration we produce.

What we never do

Resell or distribute cloud services, or take a margin on your cloud bill.
Pay cloud providers on your behalf or issue invoices for cloud resources.
Offer white-label cloud, pooled resources, consolidated billing or a cloud uptime SLA of our own.
Claim partner tiers, certifications or provider discounts that we do not hold.

You pay your cloud provider directly. Contracts and invoices for cloud resources stay between you and your provider. Our contracts and invoices cover only our services. We currently have no reseller or partner agreement with any provider and receive no commissions or referral fees. If any of this changes, we will tell you in writing before making any recommendation.

02uloog Managed Cloud

Managed plans.

Each plan has a monthly fee and a one-time onboarding fee. Standard and Advanced currently accept registrations of interest only and are planned to open in 2027.

03Rates and rules

Overage charges, hours and discounts.

These rules govern charges beyond the base price.

Additional engineer hours: CNY 600 / US$90 per hour during business hours; CNY 900 / US$135 per hour outside business hours.
Business hours: 09:00 to 18:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in mainland China.
Resources above the plan limit: if managed resources exceed the plan limit by more than 10%, the next plan applies from the following month. You may instead pay CNY 200 / US$30 per additional resource per month.
Annual prepayment: We apply a 5% discount to the monthly fee when a managed plan is paid annually in advance.
Service credits: If we miss the P1 response target once in a month, we credit 5% of the monthly fee; twice or more, 10%, capped at 20%. See service levels.
Included hours in managed plans do not carry over to the next month.

04Contracts and invoices

Who invoices each charge.

We invoice only for our own services.

Contracting entity: OPA (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd. signs every contract, including those for the uloog brand.
Clients in mainland China: contracts and payments are in CNY. We issue VAT invoices (fapiao) for our service fees, with VAT added at the applicable rate.
Clients outside mainland China: contracts and invoices are in USD. Payment is by international bank transfer to our company account. The quote states applicable taxes.
Cloud resources: We never include cloud resources on our invoices. Your provider bills you directly under your own account and contract.
For projects, milestone payments follow the SOW. Managed plans are billed monthly in advance, or annually with the prepayment discount.
