2. Group and brand

OPA (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of XCloudGame. Contracts, delivery and invoicing for our services are handled by OPA (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd. itself, not by XCloudGame.

uloog is the product and service brand that OPA (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd. uses for managed cloud operations. uloog is not a separate legal entity. All contracts for uloog services are entered into, performed and invoiced by OPA (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd..

3. Where this website is hosted

This website is hosted by Butterfly Effect Pte. Ltd. (Manus), Singapore on servers outside mainland China (Singapore and/or the United States). Because it is not hosted in mainland China, it has no ICP filing (备案) with the mainland Chinese authorities. If we move this website to hosting in mainland China, we will complete ICP filing before the move and display the filing number on every page.

This website provides company information and an inquiry form only. No telecommunications or internet information service requiring a licence is provided through it.

4. Licences, certifications and partner status

• We are a technical service provider independent of cloud providers, working in cloud accounts you own. We do not resell cloud resources, collect cloud fees on providers’ behalf, or provide IDC, CDN, cloud or other telecommunications services under our own name.
• We hold no value-added telecommunications licence. Our services do not include telecommunications services: you always contract and pay for cloud resources directly with your provider.
• We currently hold no ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, ITSS or other certification, and no partner tier or competency with any cloud provider.
• Any future licence, certification or partner status will be published here with its exact scope and number only after it has been granted.
