- Our staff: only employees who handle inquiries and run the website, under confidentiality obligations and with multi-factor authentication.

5. Where it is stored, and cross-border transfers
This website and its database are hosted outside mainland China. Our hosting provider states that its data is stored in Singapore and/or the United States. Our staff who handle inquiries are located in mainland China and access the data from there.

You can exercise your rights against the overseas recipient by contacting us, and we will handle the request with the provider. If you do not wish to consent, you can write to us by post instead.
If you are outside mainland China, your information is accessed from mainland China by our staff, and stored with the hosting provider as above.
We assess these transfers against applicable law, including China’s Personal Information Protection Law and the Provisions on Promoting and Regulating Cross-Border Data Flows, and will adopt any additional mechanism required, such as a standard contract, if it becomes applicable.

| Inquiries identified as spam or abuse | 30 days, then deleted |
| Inquiries that lead to a contract | For the duration of the contract and afterwards for the periods required by accounting, tax and other applicable law |
| Cookie consent records | 24 months |

Deletion runs automatically on a schedule. Backups maintained by the hosting provider are overwritten in their normal cycle.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold and how we use it, and give you a copy;
- correct or complete inaccurate information;
